Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries according to the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

As part of our "Subscribe and Save" program, we offer significant discounts on subscriptions. If you wish to cancel, you may do so after completing three billing cycles. You can also change your subscription at any time to select a different size or fragrance. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your subscription details, where you can manage or modify your subscription.

Subscription Promotions Terms & Conditions

For fragrance oil promotions, customers must maintain an active subscription for a minimum of three billing cycles. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason before delivery, Scentia will provide a full refund.

If you wish to cancel your subscription before completing the minimum term and after the order has been delivered, you will be required to repay the promotional discount in full, based on the net total of the affected order.
