Lower diffuser intensity makes each bottle last longer. Higher intensity shortens it. If you're running your diffuser only when you're home, expect the longer end of each range.

Yes. Scentia oils are compatible with most diffuser types, including waterless cold-air, HVAC, ultrasonic, and reed diffusers. They work with Scentia diffusers as well as brands like Aroma360, Hotel Collection, and AromaTech. For ultrasonic diffusers, simply add a few drops to the water reservoir. For the best scent performance, we recommend waterless cold-air diffusion.

Our scents are interpretations inspired by the signature fragrances of luxury hotels and properties — not direct copies, and not licensed reproductions. We're not affiliated with any of the brands referenced. We create our own formulations that capture the same mood and feel as scents you might recognize from places like the Ritz-Carlton, 1 Hotel, W Hotel, Edition, or Westin. Each Scentia scent is its own product.

Yes — Scentia oils are IFRA-compliant, phthalate-free, paraben-free, and free of synthetic dyes. They're considered safe for use in homes with pets and children when used as directed in a properly ventilated space. As with any fragrance, we recommend keeping the bottles out of reach of small children and not allowing direct contact with skin or ingestion. If you have a pet with respiratory sensitivities (some birds and reptiles can be more sensitive), check with your vet before use.

Scentia oils are hand-poured in our Miami facility using premium fragrance sourced from a US-based perfumery. Every bottle is filled, labeled, and shipped from Miami — small-batch, quality-checked, and never mass-produced. No imports, no rebottling from overseas suppliers.

The formula is identical across all sizes — same concentration, same ingredients, same scent profile. The only difference is how long each bottle lasts. Choose your size based on usage:

No. Every oil is available as a one-time purchase at full price. If you'd like ongoing savings, you can subscribe and save 20% on recurring deliveries — pause, swap scents, or cancel anytime by email. Subscriptions have a 3-cycle minimum to keep the discount; cancel earlier and you can either pay back the discount or finish out the cycles. No hidden fees.

Because fragrance oils are liquid products, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles, as they may leak or become damaged during transit. If a scent isn't what you expected, contact us at cs@scentiausa.com and we'll do our best to help with a replacement or store credit. If you're unsure which scent to choose, we recommend starting with a 20mL bottle or one of our Sample Sets before purchasing a larger size.
