Ordering & Shipping
How long does delivery take? Most US orders arrive within 5–7 business days. We ship from Miami, Florida via UPS and FedEx. Express options are available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes. All US orders over $79.99 ship free. Shipping rates for orders below that threshold and for international orders are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. Delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
Can I track my order? Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Click the link in the email or paste the number into any search engine to track your package.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? No. We ship via UPS and FedEx, neither of which delivers to P.O. Boxes.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy? Diffusers can be returned within 14 days of purchase or receipt, whichever is later, provided they are unused and in original packaging with all parts included. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Fragrance oils are not eligible for return.
Do you offer a warranty? Yes. All diffusers come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item? Contact us immediately at cs@scentiausa.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll resolve it.
Products & Compatibility
Are Scentia oils compatible with other diffuser brands? Yes, as long as the device is a waterless cold-air diffuser that accepts standard oil bottles. Scentia oils are not designed for ultrasonic or water-based diffusers.
Do the diffusers come with oils? All diffusers include a sample pack of three 20ml bottles of our most popular scents. Starter Kits include larger oil bottles — see individual kit pages for details.
How long does a bottle of oil last? A 120ml bottle in a ScentiaMax running at medium intensity typically lasts 3–4 weeks in a 1,000 sq ft space. Smaller diffusers and lower intensity settings will extend this further.
Are your oils safe for children and pets? Yes, when used as directed. All Scentia oils are phthalate-free, paraben-free, IFRA compliant, and VOC compliant. Use in normally ventilated spaces.

Can I change or cancel my order? Contact us as quickly as possible at cs@scentiausa.com. We ship fast — if the order has already been processed we may not be able to intercept it, but we'll do our best.
