Yes — in any cold-air nebulizing diffuser regardless of brand. Scentia oils are not formulated for ultrasonic (water-based) or heated diffusers, which dilute and alter the fragrance. As long as your diffuser is a waterless cold-air model, Scentia oils will perform correctly.

Fill a spare bottle with isopropyl alcohol (90%+). Screw it onto the diffuser, turn it on, run for 3–5 minutes. This flushes residual oil from the atomizing core. Weak diffusion is almost always caused by oil residue build-up in the atomiser nozzle. Run an isopropyl alcohol cleaning cycle (as above) — this resolves it in the vast majority of cases. Check the bottle is not empty and the nozzle is fully seated. If the problem persists after cleaning, contact cs@scentiausa.com.

Deep clean every 2–4 weeks with an isopropyl alcohol flush. Always clean when switching from a heavy oil (Noir Mystique, Miami One) to a lighter one (Coastal, W Bliss) — residual heavy molecules will muddy the new fragrance if not cleared. For daily high-intensity use, clean at the 2-week end of that range.

Yes. The oil will not evaporate significantly when the device is off. For extended non-use (several weeks or more), remove the bottle and store it capped and upright in a cool, dark place to preserve freshness.

Start at the lowest intensity with a 30s on / 90s off cycle. Live with this for 24 hours before adjusting — your nose adapts to a fragrance quickly so you are not a reliable judge immediately after setup. Subscribe & Save delivers your chosen fragrance oil on a recurring schedule — monthly, every 6 weeks, or every 2 months — at 15% off the regular price. You can pause deliveries, swap scents between cycles, or cancel after completing the 3-cycle minimum commitment.
