The MiniPod has a built-in motion sensor designed for use in your car. When the car is moving, the diffuser actively releases fragrance. Each oil bottle's duration depends on size and diffuser intensity:

• 20ml — about 2 weeks at moderate intensity
• 50ml — 4 to 6 weeks
• 120ml — 8 to 12 weeks
• 500ml — commercial or long-term use

Lower diffuser intensity extends each bottle's life. Higher intensity shortens it. Most customers who start with 20ml samples reorder larger sizes once they find their favorite scent.

Yes — we offer a 30-day return on unused diffusers in original packaging. If you've opened or used the oils that came with the kit, those can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Returns can be initiated by emailing cs@scentiausa.com. Original shipping isn't refunded.

Our diffusers are designed and calibrated for Scentia oils, which are formulated specifically for cold-air diffusion. Other waterless fragrance oils may work, but we can't guarantee performance or fragrance throw. Avoid diluted oils or essential oils with carrier oils — they will likely clog the unit and void the warranty.

No. Every starter kit is a one-time purchase. If you'd like ongoing savings on the oils, you can subscribe to recurring oil deliveries and save 20% — pause, swap scents, or cancel anytime by email. Subscriptions have a 3-cycle minimum to keep the discount; cancel earlier and you can either pay back the discount or finish out the cycles. No hidden fees, no retention games. The diffuser itself isn't part of the subscription — it's a one-time purchase.
