At Scentia, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please review the policies below for order cancellations, returns, and warranty coverage.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment without any fee. Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and will instead fall under our return policy. To request a cancellation, please contact cs@scentiausa.com as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges (30-Day Policy)
You may return or exchange products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. All returns are subject to review, and supporting images may be requested.
- Returns approved within 30 days are eligible for a refund or exchange.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
- Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping & Handling
- Scentia provides a return shipping label upon request for approved returns.
- Products must be shipped within 5 business days of approval.
- Ensure all cords, adapters, bottles, and documentation are included.
- Remove fragrance oils from diffusers before shipping to prevent damage.
- Customers are responsible for secure packaging; Scentia is not liable for lost or damaged packages.

Machine Warranty
All Scentia diffusers include a 3-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage
Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship, provided the diffuser is used with Scentia-approved oils.
Warranty Terms

Within 30 Days of Purchase:
If any problem occurs within the first 30 days, Scentia will provide a prepaid return shipping label. After inspection, the diffuser will be repaired or replaced at no cost, including free return shipping back to you. -
After 30 Days (up to 3 Months):
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the diffuser is received, Scentia will repair or replace the unit free of charge (excluding shipping).
Not Covered
- Misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Unauthorized modifications
- Use with non-compatible oils
How to Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, email cs@scentiausa.com with:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- A description of the issue
- Supporting images or a short video
Subscription & Promotions
- Promotional subscriptions require a minimum of three billing cycles.
- If cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.
- If cancelled after delivery but before the minimum term, the promotional discount must be repaid in full.
Start-Up Fees
Start-up fees for financing or installment programs are strictly non-refundable.
