Scentia Gift Card — Terms & Conditions

  1. Redemption. This gift card is redeemable exclusively at scentiausa.com. It cannot be used at any third-party retailer, marketplace (including Amazon), or other website.

  2. Delivery. This is a digital (e-gift card) product only. It is delivered electronically via email to the recipient email address provided at checkout, on the delivery date specified by the purchaser. Scentia is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect or invalid email address provided at checkout.

  3. No expiration. This gift card does not expire and carries no dormancy or inactivity fees.

  4. No cash value. This gift card has no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or refunded for cash, except where required by law.

  5. Non-refundable. Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable once the order is placed.

  6. Partial use & balance. This gift card may be used for multiple purchases. Any remaining balance after a purchase stays on the card and can be used toward future orders until the balance reaches $0.

  7. Cannot purchase additional gift cards. Gift card balances cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

  8. Lost or stolen codes. Scentia treats gift card codes like cash. We are not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without authorization, and we cannot guarantee replacement of a lost or stolen code.

  9. Not for resale. This gift card may not be resold, auctioned, or transferred for commercial purposes.

  10. Promotional discounts. From time to time, Scentia may offer a discount on the purchase price of a gift card (e.g., "$100 gift card for $90" during a promotional period). The discount applies only to the purchase price — the gift card is still redeemable for its full face value. Promotional gift card discounts cannot be combined with other site-wide discount codes unless explicitly stated in the promotion.

  11. Fraud & abuse. Scentia reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any gift card order suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

  12. Taxes. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated and applied at the time the gift card balance is used toward a taxable purchase, not at the time of gift card purchase, in accordance with applicable law.

  13. Changes to terms. Scentia may update these terms at any time. The terms in effect at the time of purchase apply to that gift card.
